Luzmakitchen, founded in the kitchen of Luz Encinas de Pericchi, was born from her love of the kitchen and by the compliments and recommendations of everyone who knows her cooking. Luz created her own line of food products with Latin, Spanish and Italian culinary influences with the goal of proving a unique tasty experience. All of our products are hand-made with high quality, organic ingredients for maximum flavor and nutrition.

Our products are ideal for a craving, a full meal or to add flavor to your own cooking. Besides being delicious our products are the perfect gifts, there is special attention to the presentation and packaging, so we have grown by focusing on every detail. Our product list is continually increasing to include our own unique recipes as well as classic dishes prepared faithfully according to tradition.

“Empanada Gallega,” a typical dish of Northern Spain, is a delicious meat casserole with onions, red peppers and seasoned with paprika (smoked pepper) within a crispy flour dough. The dough is made with olive oil and yeast which blend perfectly to make a meal that is irresistible to the palate when served either warm or at room temperature. There are three sizes and five flavors to choose from: chicken, tuna, bacalao, veggie or beef. Try them all to decide which one is your favorite!

A slightly sweet and exquisite salad, both salads are something you and your family can enjoy without any remorse.

As in all our products the special attention in every detail in the preparation as in the package makes it a perfect gift and a delicious and very complete meal.

The sauces are an essential element in any cuisine, our freshly prepared sauces can be eaten alone as dips, served on a prepared dish or to highlight the flavor of any meal and for those intrepid cooks as a seasoning.

We customize with our touch each classic sauce recipes, creating our own, unique and irresistible ones, try them all and you’ll realize how difficult will be to choose only one as your favorite.

Besides being delicious, the attention on the package, makes them a perfect gift for any occasion and an accomplice in your kitchen.

“Carpaccio” is an exquisite Italian appetizer made of raw meat or fish or vegetable (such as beef, smoked salmon, or zucchini) thinly sliced or pounded thin, invented in 1950 in Venice. The perfect way to start a great meal.

"Empanadilla" is small baked pie, huge in delicious flavor, wrapped in flaky, buttery pastry with a tasty beef filling.

"Tequeños" a venezuelan cheese sticks, delicious thick, squeaky, and salty white cheese wrapped in a crispy, slightly sweet dough.

"Charcuterie cup" is an assortment of delights, a single dish featuring cheese, salami, olives, pickled, grapes, cherry tomatoes, and crackers, all artfully arranged.

Biscotti, meaning “twice baked” in Italian, is the classic crunchy and hard Italian cookie. Ideal as a complement to hot drinks, you can use these for dipping or simply eat them slowly by themselves to satisfy your craving for sweets. We prepare an almond, chocolate, and-toffee version of the Italian biscotti.

“Hallacas” are an iconic Venezuelan Christmas dish consisting of a flavorful stew of beef, pork and chicken. Flavored with wine and papelón (cane sugar), the mixture is combined with a variety of vegetables and savory spices before being wrapped in a rich dough of corn flour, infused with annatto, and wrapped in a delicate plantain leaf. The exquisite combination of flavors will delight even the most discerning of taste buds.

“Bollos” share all the ingredients of the Hallaca but are smaller and the stew is mixed instead of wrapped with the dough. Equally delicious, many call them the Venezuelan tamale.

"Pan de Jamon' is a traditional Venezuelan Christmas savory rolled bread filled with ham, raisins, and olives.
